同轴磁控(kong)管(guan)和机(ji)械(xie)可(ke)调脉冲同轴磁控(kong)管(guan),采用强迫风冷,具有调谐方便,频率(lv)(lv)稳(wen)定(ding)性好,效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)高等优点,用于雷达发(fa)射机(ji)中作微(wei)波功率(lv)(lv)振荡源(yuan)。
行(xing)波(bo)管(guan)是(shi)靠连续调制电(dian)子注的速度(du)来(lai)实现放(fang)大(da)功能(neng)(neng)的微(wei)(wei)波(bo)电(dian)子管(guan)。在行(xing)波(bo)管(guan)中(zhong),电(dian)子注同(tong)慢(man)波(bo)电(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)行(xing)进的微(wei)(wei)波(bo)场发生(sheng)相互作用(yong),在长达6~40个波(bo)长的慢(man)波(bo)电(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)电(dian)子注连续不断(duan)地把动能(neng)(neng)交给微(wei)(wei)波(bo)信号场,从而(er)使信号得(de)(de)到(dao)放(fang)大(da)。行(xing)波(bo)管(guan)让(rang)电(dian)子穿过一(yi)个长慢(man)波(bo)结构。由于作用(yong)时间长,增(zeng)益很高,同(tong)时没有谐振腔,工作带(dai)宽大(da)大(da)增(zeng)加(jia)。行(xing)波(bo)管(guan)(TWT)的功用(yong)在于将微(wei)(wei)波(bo)讯号放(fang)大(da)。待放(fang)大(da)的微(wei)(wei)波(bo)信号经输入(ru)能(neng)(neng)量耦合器进入(ru)慢(man)波(bo)电(dian)路(lu)、并沿慢(man)波(bo)电(dian)路(lu)行(xing)进。电(dian)子与行(xing)进的微(wei)(wei)波(bo)场进行(xing)能(neng)(neng)量交换、使微(wei)(wei)波(bo)信号得(de)(de)到(dao)放(fang)大(da)。
